WELCOME

Welcome to the website of the Providence Dental Study Club. We are a group of restorative and specialty dentists who practice in the state of Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts. Our group is composed of dedicated health care professionals who believe in the importance of striving for excellence in one's profession. With empathy towards the well being of our patients, we feel that this can only be achieved through interdisciplinary treatment planning: treatment planning which requires continuous and ongoing higher education. With this in mind, our group has met on a monthly basis since 1991 to establish and understand those protocols of the dental arts which are essential for the management, treatment planning, and rehabilitation of the dental patient. The Providence Dental Study Club is accredited by the American Academy of General Dentistry. We have access to the best national and international educators the profession has to offer and are very proud of the devotion our membership has towards our profession.

Providence Dental Study Club

Awarded Seattle Study Club of the Year!

It is with great pleasure to announce that the Providence Dental Study Club has been awared the 2015 Seattle Study Club of the Year!  With over 250 amazing clubs composed of the highest caliber dental professionals located in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Japan, China, and Spain, it is truly an honor for our organization to be honored in such a fashion. We were truly blown away by this unexpected recognition while we were attending the Seattle Study Club National Symposium held on Amelia Island, Florida.  We would like to thank all of our members for making our club such an outstanding organization.  None of this would be possible without you!  We would also like to thank Tina Bessette for all of her hard work at making this club run so well.  All of our members know that none of this would be possible without Tina!  Many thanks to those of you who took the time to write such meaningful notes to us in the album that we were presented in Florida.  A special thank you is extended to Dr. Peri Mutewera for the wonderful sign and balloons she had ready for us when we received the award.  We are humbled by everyone's kindness, support, and, most of all, friendship.  Thank you all!
